The location here is excellent, situated right in the heart of the city in a very peaceful area.

Our stay at Appart'City, Agen was very pleasant. The hotel is quite new with great facilities, I.E. kitchen, space, comfortable bed, flat screen tv. Centrally located approx 700 metres from the train station. Agen is a delightful town where you can take a canal boat. There is an aqueduct that crosses the Garrone River.

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, close to the main shopping street and cafes as well as the main railway station in the heart of the town centre. Overall it was well-equipped with basic needs.

I loved the room with a kitchenette, the comfortable bed, and the fantastic location close to bakeries, shops, and the town center with the train station and markets nearby.

A winner. The value for money is superb, everything is sparkling new, secure parking in the middle of town, great shower, very impressed with the quality of the furnishings, there's even a small kitchen. Staff was exceptionally friendly on the phone and make a real effort. Great experience.

The parking entrance is a problem if you have anything bigger than a tiny car. The bed is a pull out which is comfortable and firm, which didn't bother us, but might bother others. However you'd have a hard time finding better in Agen, even for 50% more expensive lodgings.

The location in the city was fantastic, and the staff was excellent. Our room had central heating, a work desk, and a television and was exceptionally clean and compact.

A little tricky to find during the Pruneaux Festival as roads closed!! However our appartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The locatiion is perfect. Very good value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

No staff on duty on Sunday evening when we arrived. Problems experienced gaining entry requiring several phone calls to central office to resolve.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to the river, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

The service - particularly of the woman running it. We were locked out of our room on a Saturday night. We were given another room for the night and next morning let into our own room and offered compensation. What could have been a painful experience was not because of the attitude and service of the woman running the place.
